MKG MY E-FED — END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT AND TERMS OF USE
DRAFT pending M K's review and legal review. Not yet in force.
Version 1.0 draft, October 2026

Please read these terms before installing or using MKG My E-Fed (the
"Software"). By installing or using the Software you agree to them. If you
don't agree, don't install or use it, and ask the store you bought it from
about a refund under its refund policy.

1. WHO WE ARE
The Software is made and licensed by Paden Wade, doing business as
Mortal Knight Gaming ("MKG", "we", "us"), 2110 N. 11th, McAlester,
   OK 74501, USA. Contact: mortalknightgaming@gmail.com.

2. YOUR LICENCE
When you buy the Software, we give you a personal, non-exclusive,
non-transferable licence to install and use it on computers that you own
or control, for your own wrestling federation booking and record keeping.
You may make backup copies of the installer for your own use.

3. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO
   You may not:
   a. sell, rent, lend, share, sublicense or redistribute the Software or its
      installer, or make it available for others to download;
   b. remove or change copyright notices, the product name or these terms;
   c. reverse engineer, decompile or modify the Software, except where the
law allows it despite this restriction, or where an open-source licence
for a component allows it (see section 9).

4. YOUR DATA AND YOUR CONTENT
   a. Everything you create in the Software (feds, shows, wrestlers,
championships, results, notes, images and video links) is yours. We
don't claim any ownership of it.
   b. The Software keeps your data on your computer. We don't receive,
store or have access to it (see the Privacy Policy).
   c. You are responsible for the content you add. You must have the right
to use any images, logos, names, likenesses or other material you
upload or link, including material that belongs to wrestling companies,
wrestlers, game publishers or other people. Don't use the Software to
infringe anyone's rights or to break the law.
   d. Ending your licence, uninstalling or updating the Software never
deletes your data. Your feds stay in your data folder until you delete
      them yourself.

5. BACKUPS
The Software includes restore points, fed exports and backups to a folder
you choose. Computers fail, so please keep your own backups somewhere
other than the computer the Software runs on. We aren't responsible for
data lost through hardware failure, deletion, malware, cloud-sync
conflicts, or other events outside our control.

6. NOT AFFILIATED
MKG My E-Fed is a fan-made booking tool. It is not affiliated with or
endorsed by WWE, AEW, 2K or any wrestling promotion or game publisher.
All trademarks belong to their owners. The Software comes with no
wrestling company's content; anything like that is added by you.

7. UPDATES AND SUPPORT
We may release updates, but we don't have to. Updates are covered by
these terms unless they come with new ones. Support is by email
   (mortalknightgaming@gmail.com) on a best-effort basis.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Some optional features connect to other services only when you use them:
video links play from YouTube, Vimeo or Twitch; links open in your web
browser; support emails are sent from your own email app; backups saved
to a cloud-synced folder are handled by that cloud service. Those
services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren't
   responsible for them.

9. OPEN-SOURCE COMPONENTS
The Software includes open-source components (for example Electron,
Node.js, React, SQLite via better-sqlite3, sharp and libvips). They are
licensed to you under their own licences, listed in
THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under
   those licences.

10. NO WARRANTY
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties
of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular
purpose, merchantability and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the
law allows. We don't promise that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect,
incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data,
profits or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim about the Software
is limited to the amount you paid for it. Some places don't allow these
limits, so they may not all apply to you. Nothing here limits rights you
have as a consumer that can't be limited by contract.

12. REFUNDS
Purchases are made through the store you bought from (for example
itch.io or Gumroad) and refunds follow that store's policy.

13. ENDING THE LICENCE
Your licence ends automatically if you break these terms. You can end it
at any time by uninstalling the Software. When it ends, stop using the
    Software. Your data remains yours (section 4d). Sections 4, 5, 6, 10, 11
and 14 continue after it ends.

14. GENERAL
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma,
USA. If a part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still
applies. These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about
the Software. We may update them for future versions; the version that
came with your copy applies to it.
